By using neuroencoder.com, our documentation, software or models you agree to these terms. Open-source components are additionally covered by their own licenses.
Research use only
Neuroencoder software and models are provided for research and development purposes. They are not medical devices, have not been reviewed by Swissmedic, the FDA or any notified body, and must not be used for the diagnosis, treatment, monitoring or prevention of any disease or condition, or as a substitute for professional medical judgment.
No warranty
Everything is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Neuroencoder is not liable for any damages arising from use of the software, models or website.
Your data
You keep ownership of data you process with our tools. You are responsible for having the rights and consents needed to process it.
Intellectual property
Model weights, code and documentation are owned by Neuroencoder or its licensors and may only be used under the license they are released with.
Acceptable use
Do not use our services for unlawful purposes, to re-identify individuals from neural data, or to harm others.
Governing law
Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.
